Facebook change layout of all pages by March 10th 2011

Facebook is in the process of updating all pages, by March 10 all pages will be using the new layout which includes:
# The main tabs for your page located on the left under logo.
# Notifications when fans interact with your page or posts
# A place to showcase photos along the top of your page
...# A news feed for your page
# The ability to Like and post on other pages as your page
